Gridiron polymer concrete concrete drainage channels
Cast polymer concrete is formed from a mixture of quartz, polymer resin and catalysts.
The mechanical strength ranges from 1,000-1,200 kg per square cm, while the tensile strength ranges from 200-250 kg per square cm.
Advantages and features:
- Lightweight: The trench is much lighter than cast concrete trench.
- Roughness: The surface of the canal is smooth and impermeable to water and allows water to flow under less friction.
- Installation: Care and installation are easier due to the light weight of the canal.
- Geometric structure: has precise dimensions and is designed for male-female connection.
- Durability: The chemical composition of the canal is not permeable to water and other liquids including hydrocarbons (fuel and mineral oils).
